Brisket Boys eat, breathe & sleep BBQ. As the name suggests, Brisket cooked low n slow is our specialty. However, our offerings don’t stop there. Our other low n slow meats and side dishes well and truly stand up on their own.
Wait… did we mention breakfast? We do breakfast. BREAKFAST TACOS….. choose from brisket or pork belly with egg. MIND BLOWN. Oh and probably the best coffee in town too.
We are located in the new Manufactor precinct (the old Crane Enfield metals site on Castelreagh Rd). We are surrounded by other awesome businesses – you definitely need to come and check the whole place out. We recommend pairing some delicious BBQ with a beer from Drink West brewery. As your luck would have it, they are right next door to us!!
